Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories. Please include proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email rosegoldsky@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Contact us before sending an item back; do not send returns to the address on the shipping label.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Rosegold Sky covers return shipping for confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us with a description and, where possible, photos so we can help resolve the issue. The unused-item requirement does not apply to items found to be defective.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing your return. Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed or shipped.
